Payment Methods

This section describes the available payment methods, security measures, pricing structure, and general refund guidelines, in order to provide clear information before order completion.

Ⅰ. Accepted methods

To ensure a controlled and traceable payment process, only the following circuits are currently accepted:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

All transactions are made in Euro (€).

Payment methods such as cash on delivery, cash, bank transfer or cryptocurrencies are not provided.

Ⅱ. Security and compliance

Payment operations are carried out through regulated channels and include several protection measures:

  • use of TLS/SSL protocols for secure data transmission;

  • integration with PCI-DSS compliant gateways;

  • no storage of sensitive card data (full number, expiry date or CVV);

  • processing of personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR.

Ⅲ. Pricing and transparency

In relation to the amounts displayed:

  • the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model is applied, with customs duties and customs clearance costs included;

  • the amount shown at checkout represents the total to be paid, with an indication of the applicable items.

Ⅳ. Payment procedure

The payment process generally follows these steps:

  • verification of order details, delivery address and total amount;

  • selection of the Visa or Mastercard circuit;

  • entering card data (number, expiry, CVV and holder);

  • confirmation of the operation.

Following the completion of the payment, a summary communication of the order is generated.

In case of non-completion, it is possible to try with another card or contact assistance through the contacts provided.

Ⅴ. Refund information

If a refund is applicable according to the policies in force, the following general conditions apply:

  • refund method: re-credit to the card used for payment;

  • card validity: the card must be active;

  • processing times: the refund request is generally processed within 1-3 working days;

  • credit times: the availability of the amount may take 3-7 working days, depending on banking processes.

In case of non-visualization of the credit within a reasonable period, it is possible to contact assistance by providing the order references.
